Now available for your rental needs. Reservation's: All advance reservations require a deposit. A deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve the vehicle. Credit cards will be charged for this amount. Cash payments will also be accepted but must be approved in advance. No refunds will be made on reservations. Payments: The daily charges plus a deposit of $250.00 by credit card or cash must be paid before renter will receive the vehicle. Cash rentals will require an additional deposit. All charges due must be paid when rental is returned. Insurance: Renter's insurance is required to cover rental vehicle for liability. Collision coverage must be on the rental vehicle, covered by the renters insurance company, or by purchasing a collision damage waiver from Birchwood Auto Rental, if renter does not have collision coverage. Renter must have a valid insurance card with renters name on card. Drivers: Must be 21 years of age to rent a vehicle, and 25 years or older to rent and drive our 15 passenger vans. Under Age Drivers: There is an additional $10.00 charge for drivers under 25 years of age. Additional Drivers: A charge of $5.00 for each additional driver will be billed. Gas: Rental vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas when vehicle was picked up. If returned with less, the renter will be billed for the amount required, plus a $10.00 service fee. Day Billing: Rental vehicles are billed on a 24 hour time period. A one hour grace period is given, after the one hour, an additional day will be billed to the renter.
